Web One is owned by Kestrel, Inc. of Concord California. Kestrel is a privately held corporation that has specialized in software engineering for over 16 years. In that time, we have built over forty major applications ranging in platforms from IBM mainframes to Microsoft web sites. For the past 6 years we have specialized in engineering web applications using Microsoft tools and technologies.
